2D Platformer Prototype
This is the final build of my rendition of Super Space-Stronaut. You must progress through each level by collecting the keys to each door. It's up to you if you want to fight the enemies or avoid them! Collect power-ups to increase your survivability and score pickups to get a better high score!
The Following Modifications Have Been Implemented:
1. New powerup variant: MEGA SCORE PICKUP [Increases score by 10 POINTS! These can be distinguished by their green color and larger size. They are harder to obtain because they hide away in hard-to-reach areas.]
2. New enemy variant: SUMMONER [Spawns small grunts indefinitely until it is defeated. Summons one minion every 10 seconds. Each minion is a smaller version of the smart walking enemy that can be distinguished by its purple color. The summoner is a larger, skinnier version of the base static enemy with more health and a purple reskin.]
3. The two levels have been fully fleshed out, complete with hazards, powerups, detailing, and enemies that you will come across as you try to find your way out! Both levels were designed to be full of action and movement.
4. There is a noticeable difficulty spike from Level 1 to Level 2. This was intended to create more challenge as the player learned the game in Level 1 and has their skills tested in Level 2.
