3D Shooter Project - Blast the Bugs
This is the final build of my 3D Shooter Game, Blast the Bugs. In this game, you will have to fight different enemies and progress through each gate in order to make it to the portal into the next level. Can you defeat the final boss?
Added Modifications:
1. Different enemy death effects. Enemies explode with more force into more giblets, as well as have increased drop rates with more pickups added to their loot pools.
2. New pickup. GLOBAL AMMO: Refills each gun with +20 ammunition! This powerup can be identified by its larger size, yellow and magenta recolor, and pink glowing aura (one is shown in Image 1).
3. Detailed and fleshed-out levels. Level 1 (shown in images 4 and 5) is more of a linear experience that integrates the use of terrain, props, and structures to create a world that feels alive. Level 2 (shown in Image 6) utilizes cover and spawner placements to make for a challenging yet fair final battle.
4. TWO new enemies. GNAT: Smaller version of flying shooter enemy that can move faster and fire shots automatically, albeit less accurately (two are shown in Image 3). GRUB TANK: Upscaled grub that moves at a slower speed but has increased health and damage (one is shown in Image 2).
